Pear and Kiwi Smoothie

If you’re a fruit dodger like me a smoothie is a great delicious way to pack a few in.

Starting the day healthily by making one of these has become part of my daily routine.

My trusty blender is hardly ever in the cupboard now!





Serves Two

Ingrediants


  • Two Pears

  • Two Kiwi Fruits

  • A handful of frozen mixed berries

  • One pint skimmed milk

  • Two tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly chop the fruit

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.

  3. BEB Tip If you’re not keen on the seeds you can run it through a fine sieve. I left them in-less washing up!
